In my eyes, the article looks like a guide to getting admin rights (or something like that, my english is not very good). I want to be an admin here because I'm already admin on the Norwegian Uncyclopedia, Ikkepedia (my userpage), and I feel it's natural for me to be admin here because of that, and it's basically no active administrators here.
